Q: What does it cost to get started?

A: Nothing. We cover all startup and install costs.

Q: What are the ongoing costs?

A: Nothing. We cover all maintenance, theft, insurance, customer service, cleanings, repairs, etc. Partners will never be responsible to pay for anything. 

Q: How long is the partnership agreement?

A: We offer flexible agreements, but most partners choose 3–5 years.

Q: How much space do you need?

A: Just a 10'x10' area near waterfront access.

Q: What if something breaks?

A: We proactively maintain and service the entire system—your team won’t need to lift a finger. We have remote monitoring systems in place and a crew that is trained and educated on how to make updated and repairs as needed. 

Q: How do users access it?

A: Guests use their phones to scan, unlock gear, and start paddling—no app download required. We also have a screen on the kiosk as well. 

Q: How much money will we make?

A: That depends on usage, but most partners see profit with zero cost or risk in month one! .

Q: How long to go-live?

A: Once contracts are signed and site location is green-lit, we typically take 6 weeks or less.
